Video of the Month (September)
Only released earlier this week, Phill Gibbs and Shell Jan’s duo sampler is without a doubt this month’s featured video. Not only is it fun to watch, the tricks are mind blowing. Phil is really stepping things up with creative combos, not to mention insane power moves, and Shell is also leading the way for female trickers across the country with her amazing tricks and combos! This is my favourite sampler at the moment!
Mackay Tricker’s Make Headlines
Tricking is getting more and more publicity in Australia lately, with yet another newspaper article about the sport. The Daily Mercury has just recently posted an article online about Tricking featuring Mackay tricker Jay Young. Make sure you head over to their website and check it out!
Not only are they in an interview in their local paper, but ABC also did a short interview with some of the Mackay Trickers! Invincible Tricking was kind enough to upload it to youtube!
Jay has also just recently released his 2011 tricking sampler, well worth a watch!
Joelan, Steve, BLUEGODZILLA!
What a week it has been! Three amazing solo samplers have been released this week, and all three of them are equally amazing!
It started off with Matt Young aka BlueGodzilla with his Winter 2011 Sampler. Matt has been progressing crazy as of late and it really shows. His tricks have a style and flow about them that is amazing to watch and keeps you paying attention. I expect big things from this young man!
Next was Steafen “STOIVE” McDonald‘s sampler with clips from 3 sessions spanning over the year from ATG, Skyline Gathering, and a late afternoon grass sessions. Steve has a unique style and some creative combo’s that will leave you confused and bewildered, but also insanely pumped! A very exciting tricker to watch.
Last but not least is Joelan Wong‘s Winter 2011 sampler! WOAH! Joelan oozes style in his tricks and this sampler is definitely a step up from his ATG sampler earlier this year. I find myself watching and watching this sampler over and over, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to stop.

Tricking in Raw Ink
This is some exciting news, Raw Ink Magazine have done an article on the Australian tricking community and Tricking Australia in the first edition of their new online magazine! It was a lot of fun doing this and I hope you all enjoy it! Check out the article here!
Video of the Month (August)
The video of the month for August is Tim Farley’s 2011 sampler, The Burden. Tim has been injured more times than I can count, but he keeps coming back stronger than ever after everyone! This man is majorly inspiring, and can spam dubs like they’re going out of business!
Extra! Extra! Read All About It!
The digital copy of an article published in the Gold Coast Bulletin last Tuesday is now online for your viewing pleasure! The Bulletin was kind enough to provide us with a digital copy for tricker’s without access to the paper to check it out, how awesome!
Tricking Makes The News!
The sport of tricking, and Tricking Australia, have made it into a full page article in this morning’s edition of the Gold Coast Bulletin. Not everyone has access to this paper and can read the article, but we should have a digital copy of the article for everyone interested later in the week.

Video of the Month (June)
This month’s video of the month is none other than Scotty Skelton’s triumphant return to tricking! Atlantis Within! For those of you who didn’t know, Scotty suffered a pretty bad injury right before ATG 2010. But now, a year later, Scotty Skelton is back and spamming doubles and triples like no one else! Congratulations Mr Double ABCDEF on a fantastic and inspiring sampler!
